​About Me

I graduated from Texas Christian University with my Bachelors in Music Education. The flute is my primary instrument and have been playing for 16 years. This is my fourth year to teach elementary music and I am very excited to be a part of Williams Elementary.

Music Philosophy 

I believe in enriching children’s lives through music in a structured and enjoyable environment. It is important to promote children’s self-awareness and allow them to discover music in their element. I use a variety of teaching methods to benefit all students and their way of attaining new concepts, and I guide students in learning music and incorporating it into their lives. Enthusiasm, leadership, and respect are the qualities that I instill in my students.
